Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Elevate is recruiting a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our client. In this technical role, you will develop, deploy, and support custom business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft technologies, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI. 

You will collaborate closely with Digital Services team, who will communicate user stories and requirements to you. Together, you will ensure solutions align with our clients' objectives and support their digital transformation. 

Specifically, Microsoft power platform developer will:  

• Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform 
• Maintain and enhance existing applications 
• Ensure the highest quality of application performance 
• Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates 
• Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders 
• Adhere to company and industry standards 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications 
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials 

Experience: 

• 2+ years of experience in building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and a background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field  
• Experience with Power BI is highly desirable 
• Experience working with IT technical staff to determine the infrastructure components within which any potential solution or modification would need to be able to operate. 
• Experience with Agile development methodologies 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions 
• Familiarity with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform 

 Skills for success: 

• You are certified in PL-100 and PL-200 or are willing to obtain them in the first months after joining 
• Skill in designing, developing, testing, and deploying database-driven applications accessing Microsoft Dataverse and/or SQL Server 
• Understanding of professional services industry needs and challenges 
• Strong problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent communication skills 
• A collaborative team spirit 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines 
• Ability to conduct user training sessions and workshops 
• Fluency in English
