Job description
Joining Egnyte will enable you to:
- Influence architecture, features and implementation of our product
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Active Directory integration client in Python
- Make necessary changes to Egnyte cloud in Java to help integrate Microsoft Active Directory integration client
- Provide engineering support for live production issues as needed
- Develop and maintain content preview microservices such as Documents, Images, Archives, etc.
- Influencing system as full stack developer
- Receive mentor support for your professional development
Must Have:
- At least one year of professional software engineering experience
- Experience developing in Python
- Advanced operating system user: Linux or Windows
- Experience with writing unit tests
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills along with the passion to continuously refine the product
- Capability of taking responsibility for work and personal and professional development
- Good command of written and spoken English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Java and additional languages like Javascript, Go
- Prior experience with LDAP protocol and Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, Sanic
- Experience with asynchronous programming concept
- Prior work with Docker, Grafana, performance measurement tools (JMeter, wrk, locust)
