The Junior Program Manager will be a part of a PMO team, and will support the DevOps team in project management to increase visibility and drive activities such as regular report on project progress, actual plan, status, risks and issues to executive stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning and execution of DevOPS team projects
- Use your technical background and product knowledge to proactively identify risks, issues and drive their resolution
- Coach others to maintain consistently high standards of communication, productivity and teamwork across all teams
Skills - Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Practical experience in leading DevOps projects, or similar, would be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and drive change across engineering groups
