Job description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure & maintain laptops, mobile devices, VOIP phones and videoconferencing systems
- Maintain asset inventory
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues detected by the monitoring systems or reported by employees
- Maintain documentation for the IT systems, services, processes
Skills - Experience and Requirements:
- Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows and Linux platforms
- General knowledge of Hyper-V and ESXi virtualization systems
- Open mind and can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with managing enterprise antivirus solutions and/or MDM platforms
