Description
Edvantis is looking for experienced motivated engineers to work in SCRUM-driven teams and build hi-end solutions for European health care industry. These solutions are in use by leading health care sector companies in Central and Western Europe, including hospitals, insurance companies etc.
The solutions deal with big data, including visualization of statistical data as well as gathering it from the clients. Some products from these solutions may not be accessed directly due to European laws, which adds additional challenges in the meaning of software quality. The solutions are international and multilingual, dealing within different norms and regulations from the countries where the clients use them.

Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements and clarify with the customer/product owner;
- Perform design and development tasks according to provided specs;
- Do unit testing, bug fixing and code refactoring according to company standards;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers;
- Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation;
- Collaborate with other team members including geographically distributed teams;
- Participate in the defined development process;
- Provide relevant feedback to customer requests;
- Participating in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the customer;
- Tasks estimation;
- Report status and progress according to the project and company demands;
Qualifications
- Mandatory: 3+ year experience in C# development (version 7.0 is currently in use);
- Mandatory: .NET Framework Libraries;
- Mandatory: LINQ to SQL/Linq to Objects, WCF, ADO.NET;
- Mandatory: TRANSACT SQL -> Microsoft SQL Server;
- Experience with BING Maps REST API;
- Geography – data type of Microsoft SQL Server;
- WinForms Controls, especially DevExpress controls;
- Multithreading programming experience is a plus;
- Good knowledge of JavaScript;
- Spoken German is a plus (but not required)
- Good understanding of SCRUM;
