With a team of 50 creative professionals dedicated to providing top-notch advice. Now we are seeking an experienced Business Designer/UX Strategist. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, and possess an understanding of consulting, design, new technologies, and digital business areas. We are looking for a motivated leader, ready to take on challenges, expand into new markets, and build long-lasting client relationships. 

As part of daily work you will be:

• Working with key clients on the strategy for developing innovative digital products and services, both in corporate and startup environments. 
• Supporting clients in the digital transformation process. Taking on the role of a leader, guiding organisations through digital opportunities. 
• Designing and leading workshops on Business design/UX Strategy/Service Design. 
• Creating concepts for innovative products and services. 
• Creating and testing new business models considering technological opportunities and sustainable development. 
• Designing and conducting research with clients and users. 
• Active collaboration with sales teams and the Growth department in acquiring new clients. 
• Leadership and substantive responsibility for the team involved in the project. 
• Identifying risks and managing them in the project. 
• Close collaboration with the Project Manager in budget management for project implementation. 
• Creating know-how and sharing it with others in the team.

What do we expect from a Business Designer?

• At least 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of work in strategic projects. 
• An excellent understanding of business in times of change supported by achievements in the form of prepared strategies and hypotheses of business models. 
• Familiarity with design thinking techniques, service design, and research methods allowing adaptation of work methodologies to the specificity of clients. 
• An excellent knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in Blockchain, AI/Augmented development, Industry cloud platform, Intelligent Applications, enabling proposing solutions utilising them in business. 
• An excellent understanding of the project process enabling close collaboration with researchers and product designers. 
• Confirmed experience in strategic projects in one of the following industries: Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing. 
• An excellent command of the English language (C1/C2). 
• The ability to optimise one’s work through active use of AI tools.
