Job Description

The Operations Senior Associate will have key responsibilities in supporting the Evaluation services (EVS) Operations Support Senior Manager at EcoVadis. Responsible for the coordination of projects and initiatives related to key applications the Evaluation services analysts operate and to help drive improvements with a focus on productivity and efficiency gains for Evaluation services. These responsibilities vary from daily task distributions, reporting, and project management for Salesforce and other applications across 10+ offices, with a primary responsibility to enable EVS management, Team leaders and analysts to effectively manage their daily assignment of assessments, inquiries, requests from the supplier engagement team, and implement process improvements. This position will primarily focus on the following tasks (but will not be limited to):


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Digital Transformation Product Owners to uncover priorities, challenges and improvements areas in the applications used by the EVS team;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to solve challenges, improve processes, and promote continuous improvement;
  • Support Product Owners in gathering business requirements;
  • Act as a Business Partner running User Acceptance Test (UAT), validating design and supporting the deployment of improvements to the entire EVS team;
  • Working closely with all EVS management, team leaders and analysts to enable all business units within EVS to utilize salesforce effectively;
  • Collaborating with a wider team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers to deliver solutions such as the digital Transformation team;
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to inform and prepare all EVS team members;
  • Manage the day to day administration activities of the PDM;
  • Create and send reports to team leaders, regional leads and management on the performance of Salesforce in EVS; 
  • Documenting system administrative processes;
  • Building training and documentation for all EVS team members;
  • Define project KPIs, milestones and support the roll out of EVS initiatives;
  • Ensure the EVS team is leveraging our solutions in an optimal manner;
  • Escalate issues and work with the Digital Transformation team to solve them;
  • Communicate changes and improvements in a concise and clear manner to the necessary audience;
  • Identify risks when needed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce user experience or Salesforce project manager experience; preferably Service Cloud and Omni Channel capabilities;
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant discipline or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Meticulous organization and task-driven nature;
  • Exceptional consulting skills to fully understand requirements and pain points;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex customer development;
  • Planning & autonomy - ability to handle several responsibilities, working independently and proactively under time constraints;
  • Resourceful, using problem solving and analytical skills, structured and organized;
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
