Your role at Dynatrace

  • Drive intuitive supportability for a product-led software company for all product areas. 
  • Design solutions, so our customers can get the maximum value out of our platform without the need to get in contact with a human support engineer. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to provide an outstanding end-to-end customer support experience to increase value and drive business results. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders & departments (Sales, Support, Services, PM, Engineering, and the leadership team) to define end-to-end customer journeys and workflows. 
  • Apply customer-and user-centric thinking to define target audience, use cases, needs and pain points. 
  • Provide market and competitive insights, product positioning and concrete assets to enable and contribute to go-to-market.  
  • Create, drive, and maintain the product roadmap with a  Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope. 

What will help you succeed

  • You have 5+ years of equivalent product management experience in an agile software product environment.  
  • You have strong knowledge of UX/CX including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business and competitive analysis.  
  • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects, that are aligned with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy.  
  • Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software, ...  
  • High drive, ability to streamline conflicting interests, flexibility and a dynamic mindset.  
  • You got plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers and other business stakeholders in a software product company.
