Job description
You would join the team that is working on ensuring ITIL best practices are implemented and used across all company organizations, we are configuring and administrating the request management software and processes all around the world from local teams through regional competency centers to central teams. We have new challenges as Enterprise Service Management which come with implementation of the new solutions and platform for business and IS/IT departments
Responsibilities:
- Supporting global platforms for Project Portfolio Management, ITSM, HR, Finance and other functions,
- Acting as Single Point of Contact for Central Business Services worldwide in terms of supported platform,
- Leading or playing a key role in global projects and implementations,
- Participation in global platforms evolution and development in cooperation with other teams,
- Working on evaluation, improvement of IT processes at the level of IT Department,
Ideal candidate:
- Min. 2 years of experience on similar position in international organization with complex IT processes,
- Proven hands on experience with ITSM tools and platforms,
- Knowledge of ITIL,
- Process oriented mind and ability to solve problems independently,
- Ability to analyze business processes and experience in work with data,
- Customer oriented attitude,
- Very good communications skills (presentations in front of customers),
- Initiative, accuracy, timeliness and conscientiousness in action,
- English – advanced knowledge is a must / nice to have: French/other,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
