We are looking for: Test Manager with English and German

Job location: Remote from Poland / Hybrid Warsaw

The successful candidate will work in an international team responsible for maintenance and development of banking applications. He/she will create Test Plans and other test documentation in cooperation with client and 3rd parties, will be responsible for planning test environments and coordinate preparation of them, support client with on-going tests execution, reporting testing progress and support in defect management, will improve testing process.

The candidate will work closely with the client, technical leaders, business analysts, Release Management team and other test team members and will proactively work to resolve any issues.

We require:

• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Minimum 5 years of documented test management experience
• Experience in HPE ALM tool including creating dedicated reports
• ISTQB certificate or similar
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Experience of leading software testing/project, including where both internal and 3rd parties are involved
• Experience of a range of software testing types including functional, non-functional, regression, integration, UAT
• Understanding of software architecture
• Professional and responsible approach to work with customer focus
• Creativity, independence and effective management of your time
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.

We appreciate:

• Experience of software testing Banking Systems and applications
• Experienced in Definition / Review of Test Cases, Planning of test including execution of test cases, Defect Handling
• Experience in test process definition and improvement of test process
