We are currently looking for:

Microsoft D365 Developer

Job location: remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw


We are looking for experienced professionals who would like to join a newly formed team in the D365 area in Poland.

You will be responsible for:

  • effort estimation, design and implementation of minor application changes requested by the customer
  • collaborate within project teams on the implementation of major changes, technical upgrades, and new releases
  • delivery of 3rd level of applications support, troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively
  • develop and maintain software documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • create, maintain, and deploy support procedures within the team to enhance work quality and efficiency
  • development and deploy automation scripts, streamlining repetitive tasks
  • act as the subject matter expert in selected applications and solutions, being the team's go-to expert in these areas


We require:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or support roles, particularly in Marketing module
  • solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture and its various components: entities, forms, workflows, plugins, customizations, solutions, and security models
  • thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module
  • experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • experience in creating workflows to automate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript for customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • knowledge of SQL enabling to perform data queries, create custom reporting, implement integrations and customizations
  • basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new concepts, technologies, business functionalities and to actively broaden the skillset. This is absolutely a crucial ability and success factor for this role
  • ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels
  • very good command of written and spoken English
  • readiness to work on the territory of Poland

We appreciate:

  • knowledge of version control system: GIT
  • knowledge of custom plugin development using C#
  • knowledge of technologies such as Web APIs, RESTful services, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate
  • knowledge of Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
  • Dynamics 365 certifications - nice to have
