Our Technology Team:
Technology is a global team that creates and operates the systems that deliver D&B data into our customer’s ecosystems. We eat, breathe, and dream of technologies that run our business today - and those that will transform the way we deliver value in the future.
Your Tasks:
- Checking the functions (monitoring) of services / processes in the production environment and updating documents
- Preparation and delivery of data as well as creation and maintenance of relevant documents and documentation
- Classification of faults and checking of the fault pattern
- Analysis of faults and problems, elaboration of possible solutions with implementation proposals as well as remedying faults and restoring the service
- Checking capacities and creating reports for the server landscape
- Preparation and execution of production takeovers
- Analysis of trends and risks as well as the creation of forecasts and changes in requirements, taking into account the effort and costs required
- Coordination and communication with service providers and with internal customers
- Increasing automation of applications (Automic, Ansible) and DevOps-heavy teamwork
Your Profile:
- Completed training in IT (e.g. HTL, IT specialist for system integration, IT system administrator) or corresponding professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT operations and sound knowledge of different systems (Windows, Linux, virtualization, Kubernetes) techniques and tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Git, PowerShell, Bash, Automic)
- Experience with application monitoring (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, App Dynamics, Zabbix)
- Strong customer and service orientation and high quality standards
- Independence and responsible action as well as good communication skills
- Hands on mentality, pragmatism and a high ability to work in a team
- Careful and determined action with a low fault tolerance and a high degree of stress resistance
- Natural handling of standard EDV systems
- Good communication skills in German and English
