UI/UX Designer

Must have:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar position (>3 years full time) supported by a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of User Experience issues and processes (from the concept phase to monitoring the effects of your work and working with developers).
• Knowledge of design patterns, UI elements and the ability to use and create them appropriately according to context and needs.
• Experience in designing B2B applications in web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Ability to create mock-ups and design high fidelity user interfaces.
• Understanding of the value of a Design System, ability to work on off-the-shelf components.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma).
• Experience in conducting user interviews.
• Ability to conduct workshops and translate business requirements into UX concepts
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge in Jira, Confluence
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have experience with:

• Knowledge of data management and presentation products (tables, charts, filters, rules, dashboard)
• Knowledge of design wizards, guides.
• Experience of working with distributed teams and remote work.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.

Your responsibilities:

• Working through the entire design process, from idea to implementation.
• Visualizing and bringing ideas to life.
• Prototyping, testing and analyzing design solutions, and ensuring consistency in the design of the overall product.
• Arguing and justifying design decisions based on data and metrics.
• Collaborating with product managers, user interface designers, engineers to implement and extend the user experience of designed products
• Introducing, coaching, and facilitating the practice of UX/UI best practices.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Communicate initiative status to Technical Product Manager and other stakeholders.
