CRM IT Specialist

TASKS:

• Perform 2nd level support of CRM Dynamics 365 (In DSV – this CRM is implemented in 85 countries on 6 continents)
• CRM configuration for Sales, Customer Service and Marketing applications
• Troubleshooting in CRM
• Build cloud flows and workflows using Power Apps
• Test new features in cooperation with the development team
• Create and update documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.)

• experience in configuration of CRM Dynamics 365,
• analytical skills,
• excellent problem solving and communication skills,
• experience of working in an international environment,
