CRM IT Specialist
TASKS:
Perform 2nd level support of CRM Dynamics 365 (In DSV – this CRM is implemented in 85 countries on 6 continents)
CRM configuration for Sales, Customer Service and Marketing applications
Troubleshooting in CRM
Build cloud flows and workflows using Power Apps
Test new features in cooperation with the development team
Create and update documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.)

good experience in support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps,
experience in configuration of CRM Dynamics 365,
analytical skills,
excellent problem solving and communication skills,
experience of working in an international environment,
bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT),
fluent English.
