CRM AI IT Developer

TASKS:

• Design and develop AI/Machine Learning models to enhance the applications capabilities and performance (Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot etc.)
• Optimize AI models to ensure high accuracy and efficient resource utilization
• Develop and deploy the Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and features (In DSV – the CRM is implemented in 85 countries on 6 continents)
• Customize CRM Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service and Marketing applications
• Develop applications in Power Apps
• Administrate Azure Services
• Participate in the project’s implementation
• Customize, configure, support CRM Dynamics 365
• Create and update documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.)

• Proven experience in design and developing AI/Machine Learning models using Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot,
• 2-years of experience in developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar),
• programming and analytical skills (.NET, Javascript, SQL),
• experience developing in Azure and PowerApps,
• experience in working with Git repository Azure DevOps,
• excellent problem solving and good communication skills,
• experience of working in an international environment,
• bachelor’s degree preferably in IT,
• fluent English,
• proactive and team-oriented attitude.
