Job description

Online interview
You’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

As Droids On Roids, we care about giving you a space to focus on your work always when you need it. We will provide you with a necessary equipment so you can work remotely during pandemic (MacBook, software and accessories). You’ll get access to private healthcare (Medicover), 26 paid days off & 30 paid days for sick leave (for B2B). With us, you’ll be able to develop your skills by taking part in internal workshops, and you’ll be given recurring training budget to use as you wish. If you are living outside of Wrocław, you’ll get 3000 PLN as a relocation bonus.


We want you on board if you have:

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge about Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes
  • Practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban
  • Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative approach for driving decisions
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience in working with team >= 8 members
  • Experience in remote work

  • Knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies (ie. Nexus, LeSS)

Here are a few challenges for you:

  • Work on daily basis with international clients and teams
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile principles and the Scrum framework to bring value to client
  • Promote and support Agile practices within the organization
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning sessions, backlog refinements, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
  • Identify and help to remove impediments
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Ensure cross-team coordination
