Online interview
We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is willing to learn backend too and who will co-create modern web projects having a chance to work in domain diverse environments.

Working at Droids On Roids, you will be a part of the Web competence team and the part of a dedicated project development team along with iOS/Flutter/Android Developers, QA’s, Scrum Master, Designer and Client himself.

Here are a few challenges for you:

  • Working with an experienced team
  • Participating in software code reviews to ensure the creation of high-quality, robust code by all team members
  • Participating in knowledge sharing to rest of the team
  • Evaluating new technologies and keeping up with current industry best practices
  • Working based on Agile methodologies
  • Developing friendly processes like Continuous Integration, Code Review

We want you onboard if you have:

  • At least 2+ years of commercial experience in React
  • Willingness to learn and to work in Node.js
  • Experience in writing tests
  • Knowledge of clean architecture
  • Ability to understand differences between procedural programming, object-oriented programming and class–based programming
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluent command of written and spoken Polish (B2) and English

Nice to have

(though you can always learn those things thanks to our self-development program :))

  • Experience with Node.js or Ruby on Rails
  • Experience in CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Docker
  • Experience in deploying your code to AWS, Heroku or Azure
  • Experience with any other object of functional oriented programming language
  • Knowledge of DDD, CQRS
  • Knowledge of extreme programming
  • Experience of working in Agile e.g. Scrum, Kanban
