For one of our programs devoted to implementation and rollouts of a Billing application throughout DPD Countries we are seeking a Project Manager. 

Job Summary 

Working as Person holding this position will be responsible for activities such as: 

• Agile Project Team management within larger Program (international) 
• project plan management in line with Program requirements 
• monitoring and control over project progress 
• budget management and meeting DPDgroup reporting requirements 
• achieving deliverables in time and ensuring their quality 
• close cooperation with internal customers to address their requirements within the agreed project scope 
• project risk and issue management 
• proactive approach in optimizing team efficiency  
• close cooperation with Program Manager in order to achieve Program goals 

Requirements 

We expect you to have: 

• at least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management (and high motivation to work in the area)  
• practical knowledge of Agile methodology, especially practical experience in managing an Agile team (continuous work on optimizing the value of the team's work) 
• technical knowledge and experience with LLM
• good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum) 
• very good organizational skills 
• pro-active approach 
• the ability to work with several projects in parallel 
• the ability to work individually and in a team 
• a mindset to overcome an obstacle 
• experience and related skills in contact with senior management  
• knowledge regarding confluence and Jira 
• Excel knowledge at an advanced level (to build budget, pivot tables etc., create reports analyse reports, and charts) 
• PowerPoint knowledge 
•  ability to travel 

It would be nice if you have the below skills: 

• experience in working in logistics/courier business 
• analytical thinking skills

• have experience in working in an international organisation
