Java Developer

We are looking for new talents to support our experienced and flexible development team in our enterprise projects.

We are seeking the best Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in back-end programming.

Must have skills:

• 4 years of experience as a software developer is a must if you have more experience the better for us
• Kubernetes & Helm charts
• Docker
• Kafka
• Relational database management systems (PostgreSQL)
• SQL
• Java 8/11+
• Spring Boot 2+ & Spring Framework 5+
• Experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have skills:

• React
• Ability to design robust solutions and solve complex topics 
• Readiness to support Tech Leads, Product owners, and Architects in their daily work

We offer you:

• Salary: 12000-22000 net/B2B (depends on experience, if you have 3 years of experience you can bet on the minimum range, but we are focusing on the quality of your experience mainly)
• Work-life balance: flexible working hours (you can start your work from 8 to 9) and a hybrid model if you are from Warsaw (2 times per week in the office in Warsaw - usually it is Wednesday and Thursday), but if you are from another city in Poland, you will have to visit our office 1x3 months for two days, during this visit we organize workshops and team meetings

What our recruitment process looks like:

• A short interview with our recruiter (around 30 minutes)
• 60-minutes technical interview (live coding)
• Optional: We will send you the recruitment Task and then you will have a final interview
• 3-month trial period
