Position: Mobile Software Engineer

Location: Warsaw, hybrid model

Contract Type: Permanent employment contract (UoP)

Salary: up to 22,000 PLN PLN/month

The Team:This team is dedicated to software quality and improving development processes. Actively involved in R&D projects, they utilize cutting-edge technologies to provide internal engineering tools and services used by teams across multiple global locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to deliver robust and scalable software used in high-demand environments

• Design platform solutions with performance, fault-tolerance, and reliability in mind

• Integrate applications with external systems and services; develop clear, maintainable APIs

• Implement backend logic and infrastructure for systems supporting iGaming platforms

• Mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices within the team

• Work within cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies

Requirements:

• Experience with Java (minimum 5 years) and the Android framework (minimum 2 years)

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems

• Proficiency in reading and writing technical documentation in English

• Exposure to DevOps practices (e.g. Docker, Ubuntu server maintenance)

• Hands-on experience with multithreaded programming in Java (threads, synchronization)

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• Practical experience with Swing

• Basic understanding of computer networks

• At least 5 years of experience developing backend systems

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Node.js or Python

• Familiarity with desktop development across Windows, Linux, and macOS

• Interest or experience in AI technologies such as LLMs

• Additional expertise in multithreading concepts

• Background in Scrum-based projects
