As a Backend Engineer you will be considered an expert in terms of business domain, backend architecture and technologies in the team that holds end-to-end responsibility for development of API. You will be encouraged to:
- take part in architecture & tech stack discussions and co-implement it
- own the way of working of the team and the outcome it produces
On a daily basis as a DNA team member you will:
- design and create solutions - mainly new features (you are empowered to handle the full product development process); you will also face day to day cooperation with a client
- participate in team ceremonies (daily, planning, code review, retrospective, refinement)
- undertake different company initiatives (not only in the field of engineering practices)
Experience that will be crucial:
- at least 3 years of commercial experience with PHP (solid knowledge of Laravel)
- day-to-day communication in English with a client
- experience with architecture and system design
