What you will be working on?

leading the team of Site Reliability Engineers
- introducing the Internal Development Platform
- formulating vision, roadmap, and backlog
- coordinating engineering initiatives (migrations, security assurance, disaster recovery testing) across all development teams
- managing relations with the external suppliers (AWS, DataDog, Elastic)
- planning, forecasting, and optimization of the IT budget related to Engineering
- ensuring compliance with licenses and certifications, financial regulations, and governance documents
Experience that will be crucial:
- 2+ years of experience in delivery responsibility (e.g roles of Product/Engineering/Delivery Manager)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile/DevOps development processes
- day-to-day communication in English with a client
Nice-to-have:
- experience in leading technical change and evolving a platform
- hands-on technical experience with infrastructure (as SRE or DevOps)
- experience of FinTech and the regulatory frameworks
