Job description
You will be responsible for:
- As part of the agile working process create automated test cases for the stories selected for development in parallel with development and in coordination with developers, product owners and business experts.
- Eliminating manual testing and trivial activities.
- Gathering and managing test data for test automation.
- Planning test automation activities and being an owner of test automation topics within the team.
- Participating in designing, implementing and executing automated test cases.
- Monitoring, debugging and documenting test results.
- Implementing, maintaining and improving test automation frameworks.
- Proactively driving improvements to automated test coverage.
Requirements:
- Experience in hands-on test automation, preferably with complex software systems.
- Strong knowledge of integrations and testing (SOAP and REST).
- Knowledge and experience in automation testing tools like Selenium / Cucumber.
- Setting up automated testing runs with Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Experience with working with source code control tools like GIT.
- Experience in automation frameworks preparation and maintenance.
- Coding skills in Java.
- Nice to have experience in SQL and Continous Integration.
