We're looking to hire at least three entrepreneurial Product Owners to incubate new service lines at Divante.

You will be in charge of building the technology team, preparing the offer, and then starting first projects with the Clients.

These service lines will be created around Headless eCommerce tech trends, including enterprise API-first platforms: commerce tools. Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Open Loyalty.

We provide the best solutions for our clients every day and specialize in sophisticated integration projects trying to connect hardcore IT with good product design and UX.

Salary: 66 - 99 PLN/h net B2B + VAT

Remote: Yes / up to 80%

Your responsibilities:

Building Team dedicated to the implementation of a new line of product in Divante
Laying foundations for a new Divante Tribe
Familiarizing with commerce tools/Salesforce or Open Loyalty also at the business level
Implementing projects based on commerce tools/Salesforce or Open Loyalty
Ensuring that your Team will develop their skills further
Building a relationship with commerce tools/Salesforce or Open Loyalty as an important partner
Sales support in acquiring new business opportunities

You should feel comfortable with:

Talking about business and eCommerce in general
Detail/quality-oriented approach to technology/product building
Creating basic prototypes and product strategy
Setting business goals
Understanding web-analytics
Leading a new and independent team of specialists
Taking responsibility for creating a new Divante product branch

An ideal candidate:

Previous experience as a Product Owner (at least 3-4 years)
Has experience in running a business
Is driven to create something new in a company that takes steps in a new direction
Perfect communication in English language (C1)
