IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us!
As an It Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a young, very ambitious team of four people. You will be mainly involved in supporting internal departments in terms of systems maintenance / simple faults. Assist with operating systems/networking, hardware, and accessory selection, empowerment, office equipment development, fleet maintenance.

You will be mainly involved in supporting internal departments in terms of systems maintenance / simple faults. Assist with operating systems/networking, hardware, and accessory selection, empowerment, office equipment development, fleet maintenance.
If you have experience with GSuite/Atlassian/Fortigate/VMWare/Zapier/Integromat then you can count on a number of tasks to improve these tools at Divante.
Salary: 33-46 PLN/h net B2B + VAT
You’ll be a perfect match for IT Support if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in an IT support position
- Have strong Polish and English skills at B2 level
- Are able to support Windows 10 / MacOS / iOS / Android
- Have experience in managing network devices (LAN/WAN/VPN)
- Have experience in the administration of Google Workspace
- Have experience in managing tools: Office 365, Jira/Confluence, Slack
- Have experience in IT equipment inventory
It’s also great if you have:
- Experience in supporting Linux environment
- Experience with VMWare Workspace One
- Experience with REST API
- Experience with Powershell
- Experience with automation/integration of cloud applications using Zapier/Integromat
