About the role
Our UX Web Design Team is like a spacecraft crew. Our first mission was to set up a working marketplace and test different business models that engage customers. We managed to do it quickly with good results. Now, we’re forming a larger crew for another challenging expedition. It’s going to be a once-in-a-lifetime ride as we’re heading for Unicorn Status.
What’s in it for you? We’re looking for an experienced & ambitious UX Researcher who will help us discover the needs of our customers, support UX Designers with insights, and, together with Physical Product Researchers, participate in creating a customer journey map.

You will be responsible for:
- Collecting qualitative data and analyzing it.
- Planning and conducting user research incl. usability testing and 1:1 in-depth interviews, hallway testing.
- Creating and analyzing Customer Effort Score surveys.
- Providing reliable research insights that can guide product teams’ decisions.

Promote research among other departments in regards to the impact that proper user research has on the end-product quality.

Presenting research insights to the stakeholders and advocating for the users.
- Identifying the most effective testing tool or methodology - unconventional approaches welcome!
- Cooperating with physical product researchers team.
Your qualifications:

2+ years of experience working as a UX researcher or similar.
- Experience in creating a customer journey map.
- Ability to work on and switch between various projects.
- Confidence in user interviews and good contact with people.
- Hands-on experience in planning and facilitating user research.
- Presentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
