The Product Manager - Shopping position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the Product team at Displate, and help lead the visioning, roadmap, and management of our checkout flow, cart experience and payments. This role requires a unique blend of talents and interests - product, UX, transaction flow, market understanding, and a passion for innovation.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of the entire Shopping experience (Home Page, Landing Pages, Checkout, Cart, Pricing, Payments), driving their enhancement through cutting-edge technologies
• Identify emerging trends, assess market dynamics, and recommend innovative technologies to enhance our shopping capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution
• Ensure that all shopping experience features comply with relevant laws and regulations, especially in terms of payment security and data privacy
• Partner closely with marketing teams, engineers, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs, align technology solutions, and drive adoption
• Foster a culture of innovation by enabling experimentation, A/B testing, and agile methodologies
• Lead, plan and develop detailed project plans that identify key milestones, required resources, risks, and timelines.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project performance, quality, and deliverables.

General expectations:

• 4+ years’ proven experience in product management, taking products from idea to delivery
• Proven experience in optimising Checkout and Cart experiences, introducing new payment methods
• Exceptional strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable and effective shopping strategies.
• Data-driven, you clearly define success metrics and measure progress against them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and listening skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences of varying levels: technical teams, executive Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Business, Customer Support, and external partners where applicable
• Understanding of a wide range of marketing technologies and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, measurement and attribution analytics, personalisation, media ad platforms, content management, and/or AI-driven solutions (nice to have)
• Hybrid model of working: 3 days per week from the Warsaw office
