About the project:

We're in search of a UX Designer for a 3-month contract, focusing on building out the user experience and driving usage for our B2B AI insights product. 

Our client have developed the product to the MVP stage and islooking for a designer who has specific experience around product activation and driving recurring usage and adoption by their early customers and trialists. The role will include research based on the market feedback and developing innovative experiences that meet the needs of the market. 

Responsibilities: 

• You will be conducting thorough user research specifically tailored to the market response to our product, and interviews with early adopters. 
• You will be designing low-effort interfaces ensuring effortless functionality both within our application and its integrations with tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. 
• You will be developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for effective communication of design concepts to developers using Figma. 
• You will be collaborating closely with developers to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. 
• You will be leading usability testing sessions and incorporate feedback to refine designs iteratively. 

Requirements: 

• Proven track record in UX/UI design with a portfolio in B2B software. (@include link or attach a portfolio)
• Specific experience in driving measurable adoption and recurring usage by early-stage trial customers. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. 
• Experience in the needs of our customers in the areas such as sales operations, marketing operations, product development and customer success would be a significant advantage. 
• Strong communication skills essential for conveying design rationale and concepts effectively. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.

We offer: 

• Salary for work amounting to 30 – 40 EUR per hour (project is estimated for 168 hours / month for 3 months)
