We are looking for a Solution Consultant to work 50% with the maintenance of our Legacy Customers and 50% with supporting implementation of our new CPQ product at customer with a emphasize on integrations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience customer-facing consultancy roles within IT preferably within SaaS;, or similar experience;
- An ability to understand customer requirements and turn them into creative solutions, and explain to the customer how to best utilize the solutions;
- Requirements gathering, time estimation, project planning together with Project manager, risk management;
- A cooperative mindset and great social skills;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Software engineering skills, best practice know-how about software design patterns, clean code etc expected.
- Maintain Customer Java extensions for legacy system, potential develop new plug-in
- Good knowledge in JavaScript and creating dynamic web contents
- Knowledge in web service integration and version management (GIT) as well as database experience is a plus
- Working with SQL databases, such as MySQL;
- Integration experience with popular ERP, CRM and PLM systems
