At Digital Colliers, we are currently looking for a hands-on Backend Technical Lead to join our team of 7 Developers, 2UI/UX Designers, and a Product Owner.
The project is a multiplayer extension for gaming web platforms.🎲
You will work in a startup environment, basically hand-to-hand with the business and stakeholders.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Taking an active part in the development process by coding and delivering new features
- Leading the backend side of the project and being in touch with the lead of the frontend part
- Taking an active part in the business definition process consulting new features and solutions to problems with designers, POs, and stakeholders
What we require:
- Extensive experience in building backend systems, ideally also in designing software architecture solutions
- Experience in a similar leadership role will be much appreciated but it’s not a must - your attitude is way more important to us
- Familiarity with our tech stack will be of great benefit, however, it’s less important than your overall experience in IT - we know that good players can accommodate to the tech stack pretty quickly
- Knowledge of DevOps and IT infrastructure
- A long-term orientation towards the workplace - that’s how we approach the relationships with our employees and we expect reciprocity on that front
- Being a team player not a dictator - we appreciate people who consult important decisions with other team members
