We’re seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join our Company with a mission to make the global jewelry trade simple and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Lead the product design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all design solutions are user-centric and aligned with the overall product vision

●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create innovative and cohesive design solutions

●  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and drive product improvements

● Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints

●  Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product design, constantly seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience

●  Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles and ensuring design decisions are backed by data and research

Requirements:

●  7+ years of hands-on experience with UI/UX

●  Experience with mentoring junior members of the team

●  Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

●  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders

●  Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality visual designs, user interfaces, and prototypes

● Experience leading design projects from concept to completion, including presenting and defending design decisions

●  Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

●  A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a solid understanding of design fundamentals
