We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with extensive expertise in React to join a language teaching platform that helps their users to effectively connect with clients and colleagues all over the world.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with strong experience in building complex web applications
• 3+ years of experience with React
• 3+ years of deep knowledge in TypeScript
• Ownership mentality, taking full responsibility for product delivery
• Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented approach

Nice to Have:

• Experience taking full responsibility for the success of a project from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, with practical experience applying them in projects
• Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols
• Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks beyond React, contributing to a well-rounded development skill set
• Experience with Apache Cordova or Capacitor for building mobile applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sophisticated web applications using React, incorporating a mix of TypeScript and JavaScript components
• Actively participate in discussions regarding API design to ensure seamless integration and functionality
• Uphold high standards of code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Work closely with all team members to foster a collaborative environment and enhance project outcomes
• Assist in the gradual transition from class-based components to functional components while maintaining existing functionality
• Collaborate on the integration of video session providers within the application to enhance user experience
