We are seeking an experienced Senior Bi/Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools for an innovative AI technology company that enhances human interaction with virtual environments for Dating and Adult Entertainment. The company is ranked among the top global AI apps with 14M monthly traffic.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in BI/data science
• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker
• Experience with Database Management: SQL for relational databases, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with Big data (Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka)
• Experience with Machine learning -  TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch
• Data management skills, including extraction, cleaning, and transformation
• Understanding of Marketing functions

Responsibilities:

• Lead data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data infrastructure, including data warehouses and visualization
• Develop and prioritize the data roadmap
• Implement scalable data management systems
• Create comprehensive data reports, visualizations, and interactive BI dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and Support team members
