On behalf of the client, we’re looking for a Software Engineer with reverse engineering skills who will own the development of their flagship API product. The company strives to help all job seekers feel a sense of belonging through self-respect. They want to support workers: not only with finding a job but also working better through apps. To help this mission come to fruition, they started building their platform in 2017. It quickly became one of the most comprehensive online indices of flexible work providers: with coverage in over 500 cities across 40 different countries and in 12 languages.
In less than 4 years, the company has gained nearly 2 million members across the globe and connected over half a million job seekers with apps and services like Uber, Airbnb, Doordash, Upwork, Lime, and many more.

Requirements:
- PHP coding experience
- Reverse engineering knowledge of Android OR iOS OR JS OR WebApps
- Experience in the external API sources integration
- Experience in bot and captcha bypass mitigation tactics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes a little bit chaotic startup environment
- Based somewhere between UTC-5 and UTC+3
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working at a startup
- Previous experience working with API products
- Previous experience working with OKR system
Responsibilities:
- You will develop and maintain data integrations
- Create and improve processes around integrations of new data sources
- You will contribute to our internal tooling
- Contribute to the development and shaping of our key results (yes, we use OKRs!)
