We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for an algorithmic trading and asset management company headquartered in Singapore, with technology development offices in Singapore and Amsterdam.
The founding team has over 15 years of experience at industry-leading companies (Citadel Investment Group, BCG, Shutterstock) and world-class universities (MIT, Princeton, The Wharton School of Business), and they are expanding rapidly by adding talented software engineers to their team.
They create strategies for quantitative trading, enable liquidity and design and build proprietary algorithms to enable the execution of large trade volumes with minimal market impact and information leakage.

Requirements:
- +4 years of experience in project management
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Startup experience
- Basic technical knowledge
- Experience in working with a corporate client in the implementation of IT projects
- Flexibility in cooperation with the client - a very good level of communication and negotiation
- Project management knowledge
- Analytical mindset
- English B2/C1 minimum
- BIG PLUS: International experience with USA / UK / Asia
Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with clients in order to thoroughly understand their business and build partnership relations.
- Managing teams of programmers and testers
- Monitoring the progress in the implementation of a given task until its closure, as well as checking the functionality performed
- Cooperation with other Project Managers, allowing for proper management of joint ventures and gathering knowledge
- Preparation of project reports and presentation of progress
