We’re looking for a Full Stack Web3 Engineer to join a top-tier blockchain company, known for pioneering solutions that redefine the blockchain landscape. 

The ideal candidate is a skilled DeFi builder with deep expertise in the blockchain ecosystem. The role requires proficiency across frontend and backend development, coupled with extensive experience in Web3 technologies, smart contract integration, and blockchain frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance cross-chain tooling
• Architect and design core product features throughout the entire development lifecycle: from initial conception and research, to implementation, iteration, deployment, maintenance, and future enhancements
• Build and maintain scalable and high-performance TypeScript-based UIs, SDKs, and APIs
• Index and organize on-chain data to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards
• Collaborate with Solidity smart contracts, ensuring thorough understanding and effective utilization
• Debug complex cross-chain transactions using both internal and external tools
• Deploy code in cloud environments such as AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Think strategically about system integration, encompassing UX, underlying APIs, and data models
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and effective approaches for tackling large, ambiguous problems
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven track record of at least 3 years building scalable and performant production UIs
• Hands-on experience of at least 2 years in developing backend solutions, including SDKs
• Minimum 2 years of Web3 experience
• Deep understanding of web technologies and large-scale web application architectures 
• Strong customer empathy, with a keen focus on how features impact the community, users, and business
• Enjoy collaborating across Engineering and Design teams to develop user-friendly applications
