Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend focus)

A startup building AI-powered customer support automations for eCommerce stores is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the product and drive its technical development to launch.

Requirements

• Your focus lies mostly on the Frontend 
• 5+ years of experience building frontend applications using modern technologies
• Extensive experience working with: React, TypeScript, Node.js and Google Firestorm (NoSQL)
• Experience across the stack, including working with different APIs, distributed systems, authentication systems, and pub/sub queues.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Great understanding of English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of Python
• Familiarity with Tailwind (any design library is acceptable)
• You have experience building a SaaS product, preferably targeting non-technical users

Responsibilities

• Lead the Frontend development efforts, collaborating closely with design and backend teams to create a seamless user experience.
• Architect, write, and deliver high-quality, tested, and efficient code that aligns with the company goals.
• Use your strong sense of product and design eye to propose new ideas that enhance the user experience and product functionality.
• Investigate and resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor, and provide technical guidance to teammates.
• You will implement data monitoring (eg: Amplitude) and error tracking (eg: Sentry) on the features you develop to help analyze usage.
• Write documentation to ensure knowledge within the team doesn’t get lost.
