Requirements:

Strong knowledge and commercial experience with Node.js + TypeScript

Experience in building distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture

Familiarity with Ruby (a plus) – needed to understand the existing implementation in the Gatekeeper system

Migration of "Locales" data from the existing Gatekeeper system (written in Ruby) to a new, standalone service. The scope includes:

• Migration plan and backward compatibility maintenance

• Replacing Gatekeeper dependencies with the new service

• Data validation after migration

• Support for legacy organizations still using current solutions

• Development of a production-grade HTTP service (Tier 2+)

• Review and potential deprecation of existing endpoints

• Integration of the new service with CMA/CDA

• Operational and developer documentation
