<li>Functional understanding of LTE L1</li>
<li>C (for DSP optional)</li>
<li>RTOS development</li>
<li>WCDMA/LTE L1/L2/L3 awareness (3gpp, protocols, etc.)</li>
<li>Usage of tools: GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, Agile WoW</li>
<li>Multicore / SoC knowledge</li>
<li>Good English, both written and spoken</li>
</ul><div><strong><br>Nice to have competencies:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Troubleshooting, HW near aspects</li>
<li>Optimization (system, bottlenecks/profiling, tradeoffs, memory, cycles)</li>
<li>Modeling tools (UML, 4+1 Models, etc.)c</li>

<li>User plane control</li>
<li>Data/Packet processing</li>
