Job description
As a Platinum Partner of Atlassian the demand for our competency is constantly growing. Become a member of the best Atlassian Expert Team in Poland as a Project Coordinator.
Your main mission will be to maintain a positive customer experience with your friendly presence and helpful attitude. You will be the link between our Clients and Atlassian Services Team.
Your core duties will include:
- Coordinatng the process cycle between the client and development team
- Collecting requirements from customers
- Supporting our Experts within ongoing projects
- Collecting information about current projects
- Preparing summaries of closed projects
- Organizing and conducting meeting with clients
You'll have over 20 professionals who will support you in your everyday performance.
You will do great if you combine the following experience, skills and personal attributes:
- A degree in Higher Education (preferably in Economics)
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in providing a single point-of-contact for customers in IT Industry
- Ability to translate business terms to technical terms
- Experience in project management
- Sound planning, organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfactiion from providing excellent customer service
- Analytical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with the field of Project Management, customer service and requirements management
