Job description
Do you have experience managing projects in IT, programming, or development? Develocraft is looking for a new project manager to coordinate innovative software development projects.
We’re a small but growing software development agency based in Gdańsk’s picturesque Oliwa district. We work with startups and established companies primarily on web and app development.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordination of international IT projects
- Preparing proposals for work
- Consulting with clients, providing updates, and responding to feedback
- Managing project constraints, budget, scope, and risk
- Project quality management
- Progress reports
- Relationship building between stakeholders
- Supporting the sales process
The skills and experience we’re looking for:
- At least one year of experience managing IT projects
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1)
- Proven experience and understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiar with Agile Project Management (APM) and related tools
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- An understanding of key business concepts
- Able to turn broad goals into clear development objectives and, working with developers, to bring IT projects to a successful conclusion
Desirable extras:
- Experience using Jira
- Native/bilingual English speaker
Compensation (depending upon experience)
- 6,000 k – 9,000 PLN net of social insurance contributions + VAT/month for B2B contract
- 30 days off during the year
