Job description
Develocraft is looking for a new colleague who will join our team of excellent Craftsmen who will be coordinating the development of design and software solutions.
Project Manager in this project will be responsible for:

- Conducting international IT projects
- Preparing complete offers and formal documents for clients
- Projects planning
- Managing project constraints, budget, scope and risk (Jira)
- Ensuring the quality of projects
- Reporting progress of the projects
- Building the relationship with key stakeholders
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with key stakeholders
- Supporting the sale process
What do we need from you to join us:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in managing IT project
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum B2/C1)
- Proven experience and understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiar with the agile project management tools – we are using Jira
- Can advise, negotiate and be proactive in contact with clients
- Able to make clients’ ideas feasible by discussing business needs and values with them, creating MVP and facilitating developers’ estimation

Salaries depend on experience:
- 5 k – 8 k PLN net + VAT/month for B2B contract + 30 days off during the year
