Develocraft is looking for Network Support Engineer Level 2 for one of our international clients who provide hybrid IT solutions.
You will be responsible for:
· Troubleshooting of network and security issues
· Successful resolution of escalated issues within agreed client SLA’s
· Proactive management of the Network Services ticket queue
· Managing Service Requests and implementing changes to client solution configurations
· Ensuring clients & partners are regularly updated on the current status of issues
· Ensuring that knowledge is retained through documentation of procedures and knowledgebase articles
What do we need from you to join in this project:
· Excellent client communications skills
· Experience in supporting high availability customer-focused environments
· Degree education or equivalent experience
· Fluency in English
· CCNA certified (or at least an active learning path towards gaining the certification or equivalent knowledge level) CCNP would be a benefit
· Demonstrable track record of the support and troubleshooting of Data
· Centre network infrastructure using Cisco routing and switching technologies
· Knowledge and experience of firewalls: Cisco ASA, Check Point and/or Palo Alto
· Knowledge and experience around VPN technologies
· Knowledge and experience of load balancers: F5 LTM and/or Citrix
· NetScaler
· Good troubleshooting skill and experience
· Experience of utilizing a ticketing system
· Knowledge and experience of ITIL standards

Salaries depend on experience:
