Job description

Develocraft looking for a Network Engineer or a company that specializes in products for the insurance market, designs, implements and integrates complex IT systems for business.

Responsibilities:

Provide operational support and management of various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Participate in problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s)
Develop, improve and optimize the performance of network devices and services in an enterprise environment
Work with a variety of business and technical teams to enhance service

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience with similar position
Deep knowledge of network devices and services – Checkpoint, F5
Good understanding of Fortigate, Palo Alto, Juniper devices
Real-time troubleshooting, ability to apply problem-solving techniques
Continuous improvement attitude and proactive mindset
Proven hands-on network engineering experience and the ability to analyze the impact technology has on different IT components
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
English B2 level
