Develocraft is looking for a new colleague who will join our team of excellent Craftsmen who will lead 3-4 engineers in agile team an will be responsible for contributing into products’ vision and subsequent execution.

Lead FullStack Craftsman in this project will be responsible for:

Lead 3-4 engineers in agile team
Responsible for contributing into products’ vision and subsequent execution
Oversee the overall development life-cycle, from design/planning to implementation and support to maintain high standard of software quality
Provide technical leadership to team member while taking active part in the team tasks
Assigns tasks, reviews work and contribute to employee performance appraisals
Work with multiple interfaces, to understand product requirements thus translating to successful software design & development

What do we need from you to join us:

Seniority level as a developer especially in Java/Node.js and JavaScript + any framework like React, Angular etc.
Proven technical leadership commercial experience where you have successfully delivered complex projects
Understanding of modern web/mobile development paradigms
Nice to have a knowledge of CI/CD
English knowledge B2/C1 level
A high level of self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Salaries depend on experience:

10 k – 12,5 k PLN net + VAT/month for B2B contract + 30 days off during the year
