Job description

Develocraft is looking for a new colleague who will join our team of excellent Craftsmen who will be supporting our organization of better and more effective Scrum framework implementation.

Scrum Master in this project will be responsible for:

The main role is to build the whole mindset about Agile in the organisation
Supporting the organization of better and more effective Scrum framework implementation
Working with Scrum Team to focus on delivering business value to the stakeholder
Supporting the team and the Product Owner in maximizing the value of the developed products

What do we need from you to join in this project:

Minimum 3 year of experience as Scrum Master
Good knowledge of English
Experience in working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in transforming organizations to work in agile methodologies
Assertiveness, openness, commitment, and a can-do attitude
Scrupulousness, meticulousness, and a high level of professional motivation
Project management certificate (PMP / Prince 2 Practitioner, AgilePM, SAFe) will be appreciated,

Salaries depend on experience:

Salary: 10.000 – 15.000 PLN gross monthly
