Job description

Develocraft is looking for IT Support for one of our international clients who provide hybrid IT solutions. As part of the IT Support team, you’ll be an invaluable first point of contact for our clients. You will effectively manage the Support Inbox and answer all incoming telephone calls, ensuring that all incidents are routed to the correct support teams for resolution.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer problems received by phone, voicemail, email and through the customer portal
  • Assignment and escalation of incidents to engineers, where applicable
  • Manage and complete scheduled tasks on time
  • To adhere to ITIL framework processes
  • Contribute documentation to the shared knowledge base
  • Update, edit and remove client contacts from internal systems when necessary

Requirements:

  • Basic technical awareness of IT infrastructure and the architectures deployed within company solutions
  • Ability to create accounts, connect printers, reset passwords to user accounts
  • Active directory knowledge 
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its function in IT is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • English communication skills (minimum B2 in the European Common Language Framework)
