Junior Delivery Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery — leading projects from discovery through implementation for international clients across various industries, including telecommunications, finance, and healthcare.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in IT projects.

• Solid knowledge of BPMN — practical experience in modeling and documenting business processes.

• Proven experience in project management — planning, scope definition, risk management, stakeholder communication.

• Hands-on experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies; Scrum Master or PO experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to incorporate them into daily work (e.g. process analysis, documentation, reporting).

• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process flows.

• Strong communication skills — ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.

• Good command of English (written and spoken) — required for international project collaboration.

• Proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to have

• Experience with BPM platforms.

• Knowledge of integration concepts (REST/SOAP, API).

• Familiarity with basic SQL or data analysis tools.

• Scrum Master or PRINCE2/PMP certification.
