Test Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Lead for our ambitious transition to the D365 F&O and CE and family of products targeting marketing, call center and clinic business processes. In this role, you will join the forefront of innovation in hearing healthcare and collaborate with an esteemed global entity. 

Your role involves partnering with fellow architects, various development groups, and key contributors across the organization to build and maintain a robust and scalable technical infrastructure; empowering teams focused on products and projects to improve services for our customers and support the expansion of the business.

The Test and Release Manager (TRM) is responsible for the tactical planning and coordination of the appropriate levels of testing and release process, quality, effort and execution.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Test & Release Strategies: Develop and implement test and release management strategies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of software releases. Define and maintain test plans and release schedules, aligning them with project milestones and business objectives.
• Planning & Coordination: Providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and release activities, and coordinate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize testing and release activities.
• Quality Execution: Oversee the execution of various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, to validate software quality and reliability.
• Release Process: Manage the release process, including version control, build management, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth and error-free releases, and implement automation tools and processes to streamline testing and release procedures, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor Release Quality: Monitor and analyze test results and release metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement in testing and release processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing and release status, risks, and issues, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Continuous Quality: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices across the organization, driving continuous improvement in software

It would be great if you have:

• Degree in computer science or similar;
• Very good spoken and written English;
• More than 3 years’ experience in software testing process (including automated testing);
• Good analytical thinking and skills;
• Structured approach to tasks;
• Strong, energetic team player personality
• Testing certification;
• Experience with programming languages;
