Systems Engineering Solution Developer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer. In X&T and our group (Systems Engineering, Requirements & Verification), we are dedicated to supporting the R&D department by developing new and efficient solutions within Systems engineering and this is our main mission.

The team consists of 10 engaged people with a mix of competences and interests. We – like the rest of Demant – take pride in being great colleagues and help each other achieve our goals together. In the team we strive to work together both across our disciplines and with our colleagues in R&D.

We are responsible for the framework used for Requirements, Verification and Defect management across R&D and this is an ever growing area that calls for automation and new solutions integrating with other solutions within and outside R&D.

What Tasks are waiting for you?

• Developing and maintaining web applications that support our core tools (Doors and RQM) in C#, Java, ASP.Net
• Server management
• Tools maintenance and automation
• User support
• The division between development and operations is expected to be 50/50.

It would great if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience within software development, Ideally, you have experience with DevOps.
• BA or MSc degree in computer science or similar;
• Knowledge and experience in software development process (certification will be additional asset);
• Solid experience with C#, Java, ASP.Net, SQL (DXL and Python skills are a great addition)
• Broad knowledge of Doors, RQM, PowerBi, our own tools, that we hope you will add to
• Experience with design and architectural patterns;
• Very good spoken and written English is a must (day to day communication in English);
